  4. Who in your life frustrated you or hurt you the most? In what ways can you forgive them? How can you set better boundaries with them?

  5. What are you doing to fit in that is actually making you miserable? How can you change your behavior to live a more authentic life?

  6. What are things that you are willing to stand up for, no matter who is watching?

  7. Do you have a personal vision statement? What does it or should it include? How does it guide your choices?

  8. In what ways has shame shaped your life? How would you live your life differently if you didn’t feel ashamed?

  9. What are you holding onto for status that is actually hurting you? Are you ready to let it go?

  10. Give an example of an area of your life where changing your mindset could change your life. Write a positive affirmation. Read it aloud every day.
